3utools backsup your whole phone Then whipes it
Then restores it WITHOUT the settings.
Make sure your Find my Iphone is disabled when restoring your backups
and Step 8 is mega important read it carefully
Excluding the "settings" is what contains the jailbreak files
1. Delete Pokemongo and iPogo from the phone. Then on your computer, download 3uTools http://www.3u.com/
2. Connect your phone to the computer/notebook using an usb cable.
3. Open 3utools and head over to「Toolbox」 tab.
4. Click on the「Backup/Restore」option.
5. Make a backup using it.
6. Once finished with the backup head over to your iphone Open「Settings」→「Genera」→「Reset」→「Erase All Content and Settings」.
It will ask you to disable Find my iPhone... disable it.
7. Once your phone has done erasing, head back to your Computer and open 3utools again, go to「Toolbox」tab and hit the「backup/restore」option. This time click「view all」- data Backups.
8. Click on 「customized restore」then click「next」
it will ask which stuff you want to restore
click「everything」beside the settings!
Let the program restore your iPhone, it will reboot to re-install all your apps. If your app don't appear, dont panic, just bind your AppleId on 3utools and it will restore them to your phone.

7. 電話の消去が完了したら、コンピューターに戻って3utoolsを再度開きますToolbox → 「Backup/Restore」 今度は「View all-date backups」をクリック
8. Customized Restore → 「Next」クリックすると、復元するものが尋ねられます、設定の横にある「everything」をクリック。 プログラムでiPhoneを復元します、再起動してすべてのアプリが再インストールされます。 アプリが表示されない場合でも、慌てる必要はありません。AppleIdを3utoolsにバインドするだけで、アプリが携帯電話に復元されます。

注意
